Ha, ha.

Anyway, using UAC is simple:

1. Set it to MAX.
2. Adjust the software setup, so you (I mean any user) can see the UAC prompt once a month.
3. If you cannot do the above, then UAC will not be useful to you.

Experienced users can use an elevated shell to perform many admin tasks without bothering about UAC.
Just install any good 3rd party file explorer and execute it via "Run as administrator" or use the PowerShell Administrator console.
