A pop-up on one site that redirects somewhere else

I go on this site called mangapark everyday and i'm on it all the time but starting two or three days ago a certain pop up would show up and redirect me to some website. I thought it was strange and that maybe it was somewhere i clicked, since it didn't pop up again for hours or at least until i left the site and came back to it later. Then i noticed it again today and had copied and pasted the link into the block pop up list in my laptop. But it seems that didn't stop since it popped up a few hours later again. I have ad blocker pro on but it doesn't seem to be able to block that ad called ad.monetize deals or something like that. And it only happens on that site. I knew long ago that site was riddled with ads I no longer see because of my ad blocker but i don't want this pop up to become a frequent thing. I want to get it out of the way before it becomes a real problem. Please help as you've done before.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

• Click the History tab.
• Click Application Logs and double-click the newest Scan Log.
• At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.

Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.

Fix with AdwCleaner

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save the file to your Desktop.

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
• Accept the Terms of use.
• Wait until the database is updated.
• Click Scan.
• When finished, please click Cleaning.
• Your PC should reboot now.
• After reboot, logfile will be opened. Copy its content into your next reply.

Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

• Wait patiently until the main console will appear, it may take a minute or two.
• In the main box please paste in the following script:

  autoclean;
  emptyclsid;

• Make sure that Scan All Users option is checked.
• Push Run Script and wait patiently. The scan may take a couple of minutes.
• When the scan completes, a zoek-results logfile should open in notepad.
• If a reboot is needed, it will be opened after it. You may also find it at your main drive (usually C:\ drive)

Well earlier after i had just finished the scans a pop up redirected me on that site when i clicked to go to another page on that site. As I've mentioned before, it's not a frequent pop up because after it happened i didn't see it pop up for hours. It still hasn't popped up. It's always the same ad though and same page it redirects me to. a.monetizedeals or something.

I'm connected to it by Wi-fi on my laptop,and my phone. My brothers computer is connected to it. He's not experiencing the same thing. Until recently i had just put adblock on my phone lol because it got pop up ads on the main sites i went to a lot. Can it just be that specific website making that pop up?
