This *might* work:
1. Download portable firefox: http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable
2. Download Self-Destructing Cookies: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/self-destructing-cookies/?src=search
Can you test it in a virtual machine (aka Virtualbox)? My only virtual machines are Ubuntu and Chrome OS, no Windows. Be careful as there might be malware inside of these downloads! ;)

It seems clean, but just to be sure :)

Are you open to using ANY browser, whether it be Chrome, Firefox, Opera? Or do you have a preference?

You can force Firefox to launch in incognito, same with Chrome and possibly Opera. IE too, but not portable. And tell them to delete browsing history etc afterwards.

Alternatively, you can run the program under the supervision of Sandboxie Free and delete contents once all processes have ended. Applies to both portable and installed.

  1. run the browser in incognito or private browsing
  2. [ctrl][shift][del] if you don't like extensions or addons
  3. use the extensions mentioned by @Moose
  4. Run CCleaner
