Hello, I would like to know if having a backup of the entire disk where windows contains then install some distro linux, now asks if I can return to windows with the tool macrium. Thank you very much in advance. Regards.

I think by entire disk you mean the entire partition.
Yes you can use Macrium free to back it up and then later when required restore the image, but you will need to do a few more things regarding partitioning, booting etc which some one with the experience with Linux can tell you.
But if you want to use Linux for short time then its better to use the live versions and boot it from a pendrive.
