The "scorecardresearch.com" cookie was also appearing in Edge every time even after deleting the cookie.

Never seen this cookie with Strict enabled. Don' t remember ever seeing the cookie regardless.

Weird. Maybe something is blocking it on your side. I don't think Edge's tracker blocker works on the homepage. "scorecardresearch.com" related to Edge's homepage.

I also tried to use only Firefox with the same sites and I don't get this cookie with FF; so I switched for Firefox and stopped to use Edge for the moment.
