About DNS servers

Hi, I have a newbie question about DNS servers

If I add the DNS servers in my router (eg Norton), then I add another in my browser (eg Comodo), my computer has a dual filter?

and even a third into my network card for a triple filter ? ....

No.

You will be using one DNS server.

For your computer the DNS server in network card will be used.
If the DNS server of network card points to router then the DNS setting of router will be used.

But you will be using only one dns server at a time.
