Acer: It's time to own up to your lemons and fix your lousy support

I do not know what it was but my brother had a problem with his Dell laptop. He had to send it off at least three times before they admitted that they had not fixed the problem (apparently, it was obvious that it was not fixed each time). In the end, they replaced the laptop.
