Troubleshoot Active & Boot Partition Problem

Two days before i Install Kali Linux on my Host Machine, Now i have again Installed Windows 8 on my C Drive. But my F Drive is shown as Boot & Active, But there is no OS on my F Drive.

I guess my Windows Boot Files are saved on my F Drive, How can i confirm that. & how can i move those from F Drive to C Drive.

Not sure i understand what you are trying to say but when you boot into windows your system drive will be shown as C drive. Do you have secure boot enabled in bios or not? On the drive you have installed kali linux, it wont be shown in windows as it does not recognize it.

Hello, Bro I have Installed Kali Linux on 100GB drive & Now i have formated that drive Installed Windows on the same drive, So now there is no Kali Linux in my computer.

My F Drive is shown as System Drive & C Drive as Boot in Easeus Partition Manager

Oh so you have one drive and created four partitions. I wouldn't bother with it in case something might go wrong. You can try and assign a new drive letter on that partition.

You can extend those partitions into "one" if you no longer need them.

Thanks a lot, I Solved the Problem.

Method:

1. Right Click on C Drive > Select Set Active
   
   Spoiler: Screenshot

   
2. Restart your PC, than you will find your pc unbootable.
   
3. Insert Windows Installation Disc, Go to Repair your PC > Troubleshoot > Repair Startup.
4. Done Enjoy

You should have only one boot/primary/system partition on your hdd (except if you have some recovery partition)
All other should be logical partitions

@BoraMurdar Sir, My Problem is solved but i guess the bootmgr files are still existing on F Drive, how can i delete that.

I was creating backup so it is showing C Drive as System Drive & Even F Drive also. So i guess those old boot mgr files on that partition is creating that problem.

The less painful is too empty the partition and format it...

I can't format, there is a lot of important data on that drive.

I boot using Hiren Boot CD & delete the boot files but when i try to use make backup it is still showing F Drive as System. Now Even Disk Management is showing F Drive as Logical.
