Hi,

I've had this problem for a while but just assumed that it was the firewall or chrome blocking me getting to the site I was intending to visit.

I've tried following the steps shown in this thread but the problem is still there.

Please see the logs attached.

If you are using Adblocker software, then it is supposed to happen.

Hi, that makes sense but the ad blocker I i use is a chrome extension, when I disable it it does the same and the same using IE.
I get an address like this https://ad.doubleclick.net/ddm/clk/...v2=2972847866072009&sv3=2559029969892992293;?

Don't get me wrong if it's that simple I'd be happy for it to be a complete oversight on my part but, not making sense of it working when it's disabled and not installed on IE.

Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• Press the Fix button just once and wait.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
• When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.
