I don't think user ratings are the reliable sources to judge the credibility of any product, because product owners spend lots of money to propagate their brands and products and usually it happens that they hire people from different countries through outsourcing platforms to write reviews for them. You can see a lot of such examples on oDesk, Elance, Freelancer and many other such portals. On the contrary, if you're satisfied with the adblocker you use, that's alright because it's your own choice. Good luck!

That's what i said before, it's ur own taste of product & mine is different coz adblock satisfied my need & blocks every ads, i rarely see ads , so i don't care even it's based on user ratings coz i see less ads that's what i expect from a adblocking product. Adguard won't give u 100% results in adblocking. No need to move on another product, also i have 8 gb of ram , even adblock takes 200-250 mb, no problem
