Does Adguard Android filters HTTPS like Adguard Desktop i.e installs own certificates?

Adguard can filter HTTPS traffic, but it is necessary to generate and install a special root certificate.
So this function is disabled by default and you can enable it in Settings/HTTPS Filtering.

You mean Adguard for Android has an option to disable HTTPS filtering?
Does it also have "Dont filter sites with EV certificates" option too?
