It's very useful to have these tools to uninstall completly broken softs !

I may be wrong but a while back I thought it said due to new technology it was required to use the uninstaller to completely remove existing installations (Although the control panel way still works). I am not sure if this is the case. For safety, I always:

Run the uninstaller > Reboot > Install new version

Sure. It seems that is updated with each new flash player update. It is available on their site. GO to adobe.com and search for uninstall and "Uninstall Adobe Flash Player is the first thing that shows up.
