Just go with the default lists.

But all of this is not needed, just other filters or modes can block more, but also can break more.

So do I need one or another or can be overlapped?

I have no idea of what everyone is talking about, what is this filters thing to be used in uBlock?

Install Adguard for Chrome/Firefox. It's very easy to get started with, and without all the complexities of uBlock Origin.

Only install ONE ad-blocker extension.

SmartAdblock with the default filters runs OK on my system. Doesn't use a lot of ram. Very lite...

For now, maybe start reading threads instead of creating them since you will run into this problem again. After some reading, you will have more informed questions which you can post, or create more specific threads. That's how it's worked for me at least.
