PC seems clean, I do not know why is it happening. Does it happen on all sites, or only at some of them?

I'm not sure. It happens infrequently and I only ever use a handful of sites anyway

You will have to tell me on which site it is happening. Maybe that site is infected, and it is not the problem from your PC.
