We've had issues on our laptop and desktop computers and I ran all the malware stuff following your instructions. Cleaned up the laptop beautifully and everything's working fine. I decided to go ahead and run it all on the desktop because it's been real sluggish. First ran the Malwarebytes, which caught a few and got rid of them. Ran Hitman which caught several more and got rid of them. Ran the last one suggested to really clean it up, which actually caught a few more and cleaned it up. Did the reboot and got the blue screen Automatic Repair. I have done all of the Advanced Options and nothing has fixed it. I went to the command prompt and in the directory AdwCleaner is at the very top, which is the last cleaner I ran. I saved the logs on them but can't get to them. I can't get the computer to open in safe mode or any other options I've tried. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
