Solved adwcleaner found PUPs

I'm not quite sure if this image attachment could be a false positive, but I need some help in figuring out whether this is a threat or not.

I understand this could be from SysHardener, but not quite sure. The other PUP that adwcleaner detected was from Wise Disk Cleaner.
