For now I'm not having issues with updates, but it's true that while installing it took a bit long but after that, updates are reasonably fast (not using VPN):

I did not sent this time any sample... as I said, it has a service that sends the suspicious files to their cloud...

Thats good. On my laptop after two updates, Ahnlab It started the bugs. And the support is in Korean language

I tried again but the samr problem. Ahnlab can not connect with the servers. Any idea??

I tried to send one file and i saw error 404 but i thing ahnlab try to conect with windows explorer. Strange and dificuld for me because of my bad english

What proxy use to your pc?

It have not conection with the internet.

Proxy settings are in default, I did not change anything there...

The problem is sure have not conection with the internet. And if i try to send file i have error 404 .

You told me not using any Windows proxy or VPN... maybe the issues is with Your InterNet Service Provider -> blocking access to Korean servers?

I don t know . I will try other one hour and after uninstall

Yes perfect . Before 2 days clean install.

The last time i tryed Ahnlab was with windows 8.1 . Same problem.
