all my web browsers google chrome, Internet explorer and Microsoft edge will redirect me to bing

All of my browsers will redirect me to a bing search engine. In the search bar it will say "how to get help in windows 10". It does it with any browser that i have defaulted i have ran tons of scans i even have nortons and they have not found anything wrong. Spybot always find something but when i click to fix all the stuff still happens.

plz help here is what is going on.
