Troubleshoot Always Bsod and Hang

Can somebody help me with this issue.
My laptop always hangs, this happened while I was using google chrome and usually when I was watching youtube.
When I exited video games (cities skyline) it always shows bsod. It shows the power state failure driver.
I want to know what wrong with this laptop.
