I would also like to reccomend you to replace SpybotS&D with Zemana AntiMalware or HitmanPro as Spybot isn't as good as he was in the past

Having some confusion there for sure:
AVG internet security + Malwarebytes + windows defender

You are not able to run by default all 3 actively.

There is also no need for a 2nd opinion scanner since you already have Malwarebytes.

Finally, as others said, 3 ad blockers is just going to conflict.
If you want a script blocker, then there are other extensions. Otherwise stick to Adguard from that trio list.

Fine configuration but ditch Spybot Search an Destroy due to ineffective detection compare on modern scanners today.

Keep adguard remove the other 2 adblockers
for the rest i got nothing to add, good config

Use MBAM as on demand
Adguaurd as your ad blocker and get rid of ABD & ABD +
Spybot can go also ZAM Free as on demand would work better
You can set defender to limited periodic scanning if you want otherwise it should be disabled with AVG IS

do you mean you use the new feature of WD as a on-demand scanner? if yes put it on on-demand section.
