Thanks for the info. I recently purchased a paper shredder on Amazon. Glad I didn't choose any of their models ! The scary thing is, that Amazon's shredders still haven't been pulled from their site and are available for purchase..

It could be a new category called'Amazon Bombs'.

Products other than genuine parts and accessories, such as cheap charging cables that claim compatibility, carry this risk. Fire accidents caused by such products are increasing in Japan as well. You need to be careful not only in Amazon.
