I got my Galaxy S3 now but I haven't done or have all the time to research Security/Anti-Virus apps.

Avast Mobile Security comes to the first place for me by now. My friend recommended me Advanced MobileCare, but i'm too lazy to check it out.

Avast Mobile Security is one of the best but now some old feature and new feature are goes to premium feature.But it still enough by serving what you need.
