You may set UAC to Always Notify.

Also for Virus and Malware Removal Tools, You add here tools different ones as You already have on real-time protection (Bit Defender), AdGuard is not a tool to malware clean-up, so delete both from that section. You may there MalWareBytes Free, EmsiSoft Emergengy Kit and HitManPro Free.

Consider also to run manual backups of important data to external devices, and/or in cloud services in Data BackUp.

A PassWord Manager would be welcome also.

the programs I use temporarily install them
virtually (shadow defender)
I only have 100% reliable programs installed
(Very few)
I never cracks, I only use genuine licenses
From what I consider to be protected, although you never know, everything is possible.
I think adguard and bitdefender are enough protection
to surf the internet

I like to log in as an administrator
And I always have backups.
