You can try SystemScanner, made by MalwareCenter (ReviewsAntivirus) - A MalwareTips member and Malware Hunter.

I can modify SystemScanner and create a realtime protection. I thought about this, since SystemScanner is good in malware detecting, but generates a lot of false positives so I don't think that this program is useful. I think about scanning detected suspicious files using VirusTotal and if the file will be detected by many AV then will be detected by MalwareTips AV.
