First off I would like to thank ReviewsAntivirus for the malware
which ReviewsAntivirus submitted to Anvisoft on their fourm

The test 1500 malware submitted between 04/07 to 22/07
Now with all this malware already submitted How would you expect
Anvisoft Smart Defender to do ? 100 percent ? 90 ? 80 ?

Rember this malware has already submitted
The Problems At Anvisoft Have not gone away
And a spit shine on the new version dose not change that
There is a lot wrong with this company

anyone wants to repeat this test the malware is avaible on
Anvisoft or ask ReviewsAntivirus

At First I to liked the idea of Anvisoft being a cloud antivirus but after using it i was disappointed due to low detection rate

It seem to have detected half the files more than what I have seen, so detection is improving.

Update: Doesn't the ASD have a cloud tab where you drag and drop files to determine if it is malware?

AnviSoft Smart Defender has real time protection? Does it catch the files upon extraction?

P

Plexx

Every since my test, I completely gave up on their products. I still believe for them to be bounced back from the current failures they must work on every product by taking it off from the public and do some close beta testing. I am sure there will be people willing to test it in CBT...

To awnser your question
Not one Alart or pop up Because the
Web Guard
Behavior Guard
Adware Guard
Are only now in the pro version
So the ability to stop and intercept the malware is
no nuttered ,

The free version is now a infection waiting to happen
It now offers even less protection than be 4 since the Web Guard
Behavior Guard are gone
and Give the fact that Anvisoft claim it will protect u that is a Lie.

That is by far the best component for a recipe for disaster.

As the great chef once said: To make the perfect delicacy, you will need to add rare ingredients:

Anvisoft Smart Defender free, IObit Malware Fighter, SecureX AV and you will have the perfect ticking time bomb.

Any brave user would like to cook this on a real host? umbra? Earth?

@ ReviewsAntivirus I spent Alot of time as the Anvisoft Fourm Mod
durning that time I submitted 100.000 malware less than
15 percent made it into the data base, your intentions are good
but are waisted on Anvisoft, Good Luck to you ,
@ Earth , What realtime protection >>>> Behavior Guard
And to top it all off Several of the malware Anvisoft
detects with a scan , when draged into cloud scanner it says they are clean lol lol
Some protection lol lol

Anvisoft copies screenshots from MalwareTips blog

This screenshot: http://www.anvisoft.com/wiki/how-to-remove-windows-home-patron.html
is the same as: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/windows-home-patron-virus/

same thing here:

http://malwaretips.com/blogs/windows-virtual-firewall-virus/
http://www.anvisoft.com/wiki/how-to-remove-windows-virtual-firewall.html

(arrow is changed, but this looks as the same screenshots)

sorry for my bad English.

On top of that, Anvisoft turned themselves into an Iobit Jr. Graphics choice, Free and Pro versions, antimalware and optimizers...

IMF vs ASD = Uhh... I choose IMF. :D

There is still a big gap between IObit and Anvisoft. While both are way out of the league in the antimalware department, IObit still has some decent utilities and their products are finished when it goes public, unlike Anvisoft...

ho a ruckus I like a good ruckus
I see their fourm is full of spam again ,

as for this test << not surprised by it at all
Anvisoft dont care about the end user.
I would rather burn my money than pay for
anything made by Anvisoft,
In fact I would drop my pc out the window than use
Anvisoft so called products ,
and I live 8 floors up lol
