You may try here @ AndyFul/ConfigureDefender. There is a new version with additional rules which is out for testing now. I was advised to wait for the new released version until @Andy Ful is satisfied with it. I'm not sure which version you will be able to download from GitHub.. The version I have is 1.0.0.1 (64- bit) that has been tested and is widely used here on the forum. The MT ConfigureDefender thread is here: ConfigureDefender utility for Windows 10

I use it @ High settings. Don't hesitate to post any questions you have, especially with Andy as he is very helpful. Very patient & kind he is!
