App 3.3 Malware

I have gotten the malware app 3.3 from letting my little cousin use my computer. He accidently downloaded a fake verision of chromius. The ID is ID pejhfhcoekcajgokallhmklcjkkeemgj. This is my school computer and I have a lot of valuble files on here so I am slightly panicing. I followed the advice of another thread of a person having the same problem. I downloaded MBAM from malwarebytes and ran the scan, it did restart my computer, and downloaded that logfile. Then I downloaded AdwClearner by Malwarebytes and downloaded that logfile too. I still have the App 3.3 on my chrome saying my broswer is managed by an organization. I have attached four file below being, Addition.txt, FRST.txt, MBAM, and two logfiles I recived from the AdwCleaner. Please let me know what to do next so I can get this stuff off my computer.

Hi,

My applologies for this late reply.
I leave in the Westend of Montreal, Quebec Canada and I lost the power to my home due to an Ice Storm from Wendnesday night on the 5th of April . I stayed in a Hotel and got back when the power was restored late this Monday Afternoon.

Please let me know if you still have issues with this app,
I will review your logs and advise.

Hi,
TotalAV is considered a rogue program. My suggestion to you is to remove it using the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features...

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

You can restore quarantined files and folders in Microsoft Defender Antivirus.

Follow the directives on the page to delete all the files in the quarantine folder.

Restart the computer when done.
