I'm talking about AppsGeyser, a free web site that allows you to create applications for smartphones with Android operating system.
The procedure is very simple and just follow the few steps; at the end you will be able to download your .apk file!!

If someone wants to make an app for Android, learn to program and use Android Studio/SDK. Technically you aren't making the app - the service is.
