Troubleshooting Are Intel's Spectre and Meltdown patches, windows updates???

Do I have to download the spectre and meltdown patches from their website or do I get it with a windows update? I am really confused.

Heads up. If you do not receive updates, it might be related to a registry key issue.

Well i dont think that but i dont know because i feels like updated the patches which mean its for the Meltdown thats safe to me but need to update BIOS for Spectre ? i'm not sure %100, our members keep me updated about that asap
