Personally, I don’t use Argente Utilities or Windows’ built-in tools. I prefer Reg Organizer, which combines Windows’ built-in tools with additional cleaners for browser cache and similar items. It removes less than other third-party cleaners, focusing only on what’s safe to delete.

I use the trial version, which makes you wait 15 seconds between checking and cleaning, but that’s not an issue for me. It’s not the only good option, though—other great free tools like BleachBit and Microsoft PC Manager can clean the same amount of junk or even more. However, I prefer Reg Organizer because it lets me search the registry more easily, and its uninstaller is thorough and safe, so I use it as my full cleanup tool.
