I would like to suggest for a backupup solution Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper both have a good free and reliable version.

Nice setup, you can add Sandboxie to secure your browsing and a good backup plan as @frogboy suggested.
A backup plan to protect your data and OS is "must to have".

I recommend you two more things, enable windows smartscreen and install in your browser HTTPS Everywhere

Thanks for sharing your security config with us, here are my suggestions for you:
- Enable Windows SmartScreen
- Install HTTPS Everywhere and replace Adblock Plus with uBlock Origin
- Install a backup solution like Macrium Reflect unless you enjoy starting back up from a clean install if something does happen which ends up with you having to reset your system.

You could consider adding an additional on demand scanner.
Enabling Smartscreen would also not hurt.
Consider uBlock Origin in place of ABD.
Consider some type of system back up solution.

Please enable SmartScreen, follow suggestions about backup softwares and browser extensions. Replace Adblock with uBlock Origin and install CCleaner Free.

optional: You can add a backup browser in case of some scenarios where Firefox might suffer browsing issues.
