Do you get an error in event viewer?
If not,I wouldn't worry.

Did you try this posted in Microsoft Forum? One member mentioned that the issue is already solved by taking that solution.

Try to create 'AUInstallAgent' manually.

Just go to c:/windows and create a new folder with the above name.

Regarding to the link, I think you need to steer away, because that program might not install the specific DLL for you but ask to pay a license.

I have created manually AUInstallAgent folder but I don't know how I can see the changes on my PC ?
