As far as I know it uses Internet Explorer engine so it might share some of its disadvantages.

I do find other browsers pretty much outdated when it comes to security and new technologies.

used it long time ago, it was my replacement for IE (it is a IE based browser), a bit better than IE or Maxthon. but not customizable as Chromium or FF based browsers.

I have heard of Maxthon before. you can even get that in portable I think.

Avant Browser - the top rated multi-window browser in Internet. Uses Internet Explorer engine. Multi-processing browser with AutoFills, Online Bookmarks and AD Blockers.
But, I do not like this browser. I prefer: Firefox, Chrome, maybe Opera.

I used installed and portable versions Avant Browser but it not good working.

When I wanted test this browser on this site: http://acid3.acidtests.org/ it was impossible.

Portable version it browser not working correctly.

But another version this browser well it work.
