Avast 2017 vs AVG 2017

I know 2017 version of avg devoloped from Avast. And also both of them use the same engine. But i want to ask you a question. Which one have more feature at the moment? And which one do you recommend to install my computer?

Pretty sure they either bundle them, or nag the user to install them via pop-ups in the bottom right-corner. That's how it was last time I dealt with AVG.

That is why I asked, for 2017, it may have changed under Avast ownership.

AVG (free or paid) slow down my PC. Last version of Avast free is very light

I would choose Avast! I believe Avast delivers better protection and more features than AVG does. Now I am using Bullguard and I'm happy with it even I don't notice it's running in the background and its support is great!

Avast for me. Last time I used AVG was way back 2011.
