Finalized METRO UI stuff (notifications, icons, etc.)
WebRep plugins are now working correctly in all major browsers
Fixed network problems on Win8
Fixed various crashes/BSODs based on BETA reports
Known issues:
Investigating occasional crashes on Win8 related to a new network driver
Waiting for the final review of Win8 logo program from Microsoft
