In this regard we would like to ask you whether you can (just for testing purposes) run the tool from program files folder (usually "c:\Program Files\Avast Software\Avast\SupportTool.exe"), follow the wizard with default options, let it finish and let us know the ID of the package you sent us so that we can check especially how much is the data increase of the whole package.
