What is the use of Avira Launcher ?? The first thing I do after installing Avira Free is to uninstall the useless launcher

I also liked to uninstall launcher first. But I have heard that the latest version of launcher can no longer be uninstalled independently...

A few days back I installed the latest Avira Free and was able to uninstall launcher without issues. I think you should skip registration when avira shows the registration menu during install.

There is a new beta from avira launcher, it will make it possible to uninstall launcher again -> only use antivirus.

But never had problems when you use the full offline installer from the avira website +- 223 MB (it never contained the launcher) at least not for me
