It is trial-ware. You can buy it stand-alone or as part of their Internet or Total Security suites.

It simply isn't worth it when freeware CCleaner, WiseCare, Glary Utilities, etc does virtually the same thing. Often you can get 1-year Give-A-Way licenses for WiseCare, IOBit, etc.

Extracted from the changelog these are the latest changes:

Enhancements
° German localization improved
° Compatible with Avira Launcher
° Boot optimizer: Improved the behaviour of startup apps under different user accounts (fixes also the reported "OneDrive" issue)

Known bugs and limitations:

• Each tool under Tools is under the UI of the current product (1.6)
• Disk fragmentation is currently not included in the calculation of the scores
• Currently there is no in-product help available, it will come in one of the next beta releases
• The users that have XP or Vista will not receive automatic update notes, they will need to update manually

Temporarily disabled features:

• The scheduler
• The startup guard
• The boot-time popup information (after the computer boots up)
• The right-click menu items
• Hardware configuration information and hard disk temperature
