Not sure? Is this clean? A few years back their baidu spark browser had traces of adware?
Or has this mess been straightern up?
Need more insight from other here on malwaretips.com

From post # 3! Also,you seem to know everything. Why? Read the
links completely. It is more than a problem with the unistall!

For example, 3rd party, adware ect....
And you giving your 2 cents without answering the questions.
And showing good examples/results that you have had.

Again you can sent my posts to their forum!!!

If there is any doubt whatsoever regarding Baidu, or any other software for that matter, then why would one choose to even consider it - given the fact that there are many other options available with a solid reputation?

I do not think Baidu is very well regarded here at MalwareTips...so that gives at least some measure of MT members' confidence in it. If it is generally avoided, then something is amiss.

Since few, if any, use it here...getting definitive answers is going to be difficult.

And showing good results from using the software.

Only cleaner I've never had a problem with is CCleaner. Bty - I use Baidu AV.

How is their ram usages? Any slow down with the browser?

How is it?

Baidu has about the same signatures as ESET and it's URL filter is excellent.

Hey Moose, most of these AVs are about the same, so I use the ones that work without problems - MSE and Baidu never give me any grief in that department. Don't run Sandboxie, sorry, Cheers.

I have installed Baidu Cleaner the day before yesterday.
Pros:
- Scan very quickly
- Some of the clean-rules are on the cloud, and can adjust them real-time

Cons:
- Can not cancel the clean(You have to close the window to stop scan/clean)
- Does not have "Backups"
- [An interesting bug...]

I have submitted these already to their stuffs.

Thank you! For the feedback on Baidu! And I download Baidu Cleaner Beta and check with a scan, it is clean!
I maybe I will check it out in the next couple of day. Hope to some input from TrojanSmart?

The con's that you talk about are things to work on for the future. Hope to hear more about this software in the

Do you know the ram usage? Does it work with sandboxie? Does it slow the PC down?

tested it abit. Its like ccliner in asian look. its quit nice and does what it says with some extra options like autostart desabling etc.
