Been coming here for awhile

Hello,
This is my 4th time coming here for help, and I have never posted in this thread, so I will introduce myself. I live in the USA, in the state of Virginia. I am 54, and I have not noticed if members are of all ages. I have not browsed through all the forums and threads. I am still trying to figure out what you help people with and what you do not help with,because it says security advisers, and is that all you do? I have 2 laptops I have been asking for help with, one of them is apart and in a box right now. I use the PC for college and research papers, and I make pamphlets and power points. I do not play games, I do not use instant messengers. Do you help people with hardware or is it strictly malware and security?
I admire all of you for having a site like this, and helping people like myself. It is a great way for professionals to get experience for employment.

This wonderful site exists thanks to members like yourself whom find themselves receiving help until one day, without even realizing that it's happening, they're helping someone else.
