What you meant was a full photo suite? like Picasa, Windows Live Photo Gallery, Jet Photo Studio, Zoner Free Studio, XnView, etc.
On the poll you have a mixture of other software which are basically only viewers.

Actually all software's except Windows default viewer, has good viewing capabilities with photo organization, coupled with basic editing features that most people need.

Windows Viewer is sufficient to me.

To edit the photos, I use free online software only:

Yup but it mainly belongs to image editor, not photo viewer and organizer.

I use the default Windows Photo Viewer. But since windows photo viewer (win7) doesn't play animated .gif files, I use ACDSee Free exclusively for them.
