In my humble opinion you have too many programs for your Real Time Protection.
To avoid overloading the computer, remove KeyScrambler Premium and SUPERAntiSpyware

I think you need to choose one between Zemana Antilogger or Keyscrambler if you are in concern on keystrokes.

Also take down the realtime protection of MBAM Premium and make it as a scanner basis.

Bitdefender Total security is all you need which overall good configuration.

I don't use Zemana's Anti-Keylogger so there's no conflict there.
As for MBAM I have it enabled for other reasons.

You can add LastPass to your config to secure your passwords when you are online.

I would use either Zemmana or Keyscrambler.Not because of conflict just because both are not necessary
I also agree with running MBAM Premium as an on demand scanner and you could probably do away with SAS
CCleaner or Privazer and a Password manager if not already installed
