I understand your feeling however this will be your primary defense on your operating system next to the real time protection.

Do you utilise HIPS on Comodo Firewall, if so UAC would probably be overkill

I have to agree with enabling on UAC.Other than that it looks Good!!

Agree with enabling the UAC, it is an essential part of your systems security, that runs at kernel level.
