It cannot exclude folder.
It cannot exclude file manually. But after detection you can exclude file through the quarantine manually. It has signature & behavior protection. I guess an excluded file is excluded from both signature & behavior.

@CNJJ That's something @MikeV created using design software. It doesn't exist.
