B blocked trafficmonitor and reported "Bitdefender analyses sys file" which is Librehardwaremonitor sys file.
No report about analysis; adding sys file to exclusions does not allow program to run!
Quarantine is empty.

Such can be the BD exceptions (or glitches). When I used to help on the forum there were plenty of posts of BD not honoring exceptions. A couple of us mentioned to try disabling Antivirus and ATD deleting the previous exceptions then adding them back again into exceptions, then re-enabling the modules. See if that helps.

I will try this trick.
Thank you.
"BugDefender" did not come out of nowhere 🙄

This time it was my fault; B was referring to trafficmonitor.sys not librehardware.sys; both are inside traffic monitor folder; I have to guess what B means by a sys file.
Adding the correct sys file to exclusions solved the problem.

And also as an aside from your situation, and as you probably already know, is ATD only accepts .exe files into exceptions.

When I was running a CAD program for work, BD was not honoring the exceptions, the software would run sluggish, even when trying to fill out the order form and would lag in showing the options. F-Secure and Kaspersky did not have any problem when those files were added. The software hummed right along. At that time I didn't try the disabling module thing in BD, but just used what worked best for that PC.

Hello all.

The Product Change Catalogue of the previous build 27.0.52.261 says

  • Removed SecurePass cards, recommendations, and quick actions from the interface

What does this actually mean? Is there any visible change in the interface. Screenshots are appreciated if there is any interface update.

Thanks
