Advice Request Bitdefender Free problem blocks access to wifi router?

Has anyone encountered a problem whereby the free version of Bitdefender blocks access to your wifi router so that you cannot access the Internet? I have encountered this problem before, so I am quite hesitant to install this free version on my computer.

Then it must be related to his device. Maybe a reinstall can fix it.
