Question Bitdefender Mobile Security

Hi,

I installed the app:Samsung A53.
Every few minutes it automatically starts the application scan.
What could this be?
I used it with a subscription for 1 year, and it didn't do this then.I reinstalled the app but it still does this!

Reinstall the app from the original store, if it still does the same, check with Bitdefender support, maybe it is a new feature, and maybe you can manage its scheduled scan period from the settings.

Select, How Tos & Troubleshooting→Troubleshooting and go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. You will have the the options of Chat, Call or Email. Chat is the quickest way to get thing started, phone support is not toll-free.

Also, Chat is available 24/7, and they are usually very helpful, or in getting you pointed in the right direction.
