This is my current configuration.

Do you know what version of Windows, and do you have any Service Pack or Updates installed?

WIN key + R to launch Run
Start > Run > "winver" (without quotes)
Start > Run > "msinfo32" (without quotes)

Provides some information about your OS.

 

[Exterminator]

What version of Windows?
UAC enabled?
Browser extensions?
Backup?
On demand scanners?
