My PC Security Configuration, it's pretty decent i think, getting bored because i can't play games until i get my GPU back, so i install a bunch of stuff and see where it leads.

@Bozalosc, please kindly consider:
  • Please specify the exact versions of products You have installed in real-time protection.
  • Enable SmartScreen for W10 (Device Security).
  • As for "Disk Imaging Backup", You may add Macrium Reflect Free or AOEMI Backupper, both are free and reliably.
  • Consider also to run manual backups of important data to external devices, and/or to cloud.
  • As for "Web Privacy", You may add some browser extensions: and a VPN service.
  • Please kindly reflect Your changes editing Your config, and announcing them here.
  • Probably to have all those profucts as real-time is quite overkill: HitmanPro.Alert, Malwarebytes, Avast Premier, OSArmor 1.4.. Keep MalWareBytes as on demand, also HMP.Alert + OSA seems excessive...
Thanks for sharing Your config :giggle:

Are you kidding, you aren't sure if smartscreen is enabled but run such security programs? :D
I usually disabled windows defender AV right off the bat with group policy editor because it's trash.
But yea it's on.

It is not that trash It has good and bad sides but definitely not trash!
I also disabled the WD in group policy. Better to use the built-in "tool" to disable or remove somthing.

I suggest to remove the versions of the software in the config page to make better transparency.
for example:
HTPA 6.7.9 build 765 , MB 3.6.1 , AP 18.7.2354 , OSA 1.4 .

It is interesting keeping the versions, but only the main/mayor number, for example: AP 18, OSA 1.4, MB 3, etc...

Got rid of avast premier because it gets annoying, added bit warden instead for password management.

Got rid of HTPA it was creating false positives with spotify, which was really annoying, so switched to ESET Smart Security Premium.
