This isn't absolutely necessary, so if an hdd crashes, consider it as your next purchase candidate.

MX Linux 18?This is configuration, by 2020.
I tried MX 19 but went back to 18 due to various issues.
The same here. If they correct the errors I will update to version 19.

Nice, clean setup! Unlike you, recently I have gone crazy with privacy extensions!

Eliminated, Emsisoft, for now, and I have added KIS 2020. The rest remains the same,

You can make your setup even simpler by eliminating H_C and tweak slightly KIS.
You are probably cautious & knowledgeable enough to use the simpler config.
If anything ,a PW manager would complete the setup. Clean and simple. Nice.

Case in point Thank you @Andy Ful, for bothering to see my settings.
I am trying to look at members' settings with H_C, but rarely participate in discussions. Most of MT members do not really need it, with something like tweaked KIS. Some simply like the H_C restricted setup because they do not like to tweak KIS. Of course, the default-deny setup can add some protection to any standard AV, but it can add also some inconvenience.If I have also thought about that possibility. but it's just a test, adding KIS with H_C.

Uninstalled H_C, with a little pain because it is a great program, but I am sure that I will use it again in the near future, I only have a KIS license for 90 days.
Updated, Windows to version 2004, a long process, but with no apparent problems.
